Tenders are invited for Setting up/Equipping of Engineering Workshop Date Added: March 26, 2026 Deadline: 17/04/2026 Category: Equipment Supply 4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement Department (Room 407 4th Floor), Main Hospital Complex Block, DUFUTH, Uburu between the working hours of 09.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. daily upon presentation of payment evidence of a Non-refundable Tender Fee of N10, 000.00 per Lot, paid into the David Umahi Federal University Teaching Hospital Uburus Remita account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. The teller for this payment should be converted to the Hospitals receipt at the Finance & Accounts Department of the hospital. Photocopy of the receipt should be attached to the Tender Documents 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Chief Medical Director, David Umahi Federal University Teaching Hospital P.O Box 337 Uburu, Ebonyi State and clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the Registry unit of The CMDs office, Main Hospital Complex David Umahi Federal University Teaching Hospital Uburu not later than 12:00 noon on 17th April 2026. 7.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on 17th April, 2026, at the Board Room (Room 4th floor) David Umahi Federal University Teaching Hospital, Ebonyi State in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register at the procurement office 4th floor, as the David Umahi Federal University Teaching Hospital Uburu will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids 8.0 GENERAL INFORMATION a. Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorised by the bidder. b. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened c. Bidders should not bid for more than Two (2) Lots d. All costs will be borne by the bidders e. Technical Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives, CSOs in the areas of Anti-Corruption and Transparency and Private Professional bodies; and will be covered by video recording; invitation link will be sent to bidder who chooses to join the bid opening online f. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bids opening, while the financial bids of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened g.
