The tender Document will be available from Monday, 23rd March 2026 from the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the lot desired, two (2) copies each of the Technical and Financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as TECHNICAL BID and FINANCIAL BID . Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Director of Procurement, University of Benin, and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number). Furthermore, the reverse side of the envelope should be clearly marked with the name and address of the Bidder and dropped in the designated tender box at the office of the DIRECTOR OF PROCUREMENT, UNIBEN WATER SCHEME, UNIVERSITY OF BENIN, UGBOWO CAMPUS, BENIN CITY, EDO STATE not later than 12:00noon on Wednesday 8th April, 2026. The working hour is 8:00am to 4:00pm on weekdays, excluding weekends. Please ensure that you sign the Bid submission register as the University will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted Bids 6.0 OPENING OF BID The Technical Bid will be opened at 12:00noon on 8th April, 2026 in the Senate Chambers, Senate Building, University of Benin, Edo State. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Bid must be in English Language and signed by an authorized official of the Company. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned unopened. All cost shall be borne by the bidders. Only prequalified bidders at the Technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bids opening, while the financial bids of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened.
