Tenders are invited for Selection of a Suitable Institution for Maintaining Security Services 2026/2027 Bid documents may be obtained from the Accounts Division situated in the Upper Ground Floor of the new building of Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development at the address given above between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days of the week from 27.03.2026 until 09.04.2026 on submission of a written request to the Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development along with the receipt obtained from the Shroff of the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00. Further, if the prospective bidders require to inspect the bid documents, the document will be published in the Ministry website (https://www.treasury.gov.lk) Bidders should submit a refundable bid security / bank guarantee to the value of Rs. 200,000.00 obtained from a commercial bank registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka along with the bid or an equivalent amount should be paid to the Shroff Counter of the Accounts Division of the Ministry in cash as bid security in favour of Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development and the receipt obtained should be submitted with the bid. Bid security should be valid for one hundred and five days (105 days) from the bid opening date (valid until 24.07.2026).
