SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective Bidders are to submit bids for each of the Lots, two (2) hard copies (one original and one other copy), each of the completed Technical and Financial bids with a softcopy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope, with project name and Lot number clearly written on the top right hand corner, addressed and returned to: The Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Environment and Technology Koroma/Saakpenwa, Ogoni, Rivers State, Senate Building, 1st floor, Right wing. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and should be dropped in the designated Tender box at the office of the Deputy Director, Procurement Unit, between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm daily, not later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 5th May, 2026. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The submitted technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 5th May, 2026. at the Administrative Building of the University, while the financial bids will be kept unopened.
