Request for proposals for Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Development of an Identified Abandoned Metal Quarry into a Controlled and Engineered Waste Disposal Facility (Sanitary Landfill). Sealed proposals should be submitted either by registered post or hand delivered to the designated tender box at WMA-WP, addressed to the Chairman of the DCPC of WMA-WP, "MIHISARU" Resource Management Center, Thumbowila, Karadiyana, Sri Lanka, at or before 14:00 hrs (local time) on 27 April 2026. All proposals shall remain valid until 27 July 2026 (90 days from the closing date of the RFP). Late proposals will be rejected.
