Tenders are invited for Construction of Proposed Main Entrance & Administration Building at Bingiriya Export Processing Zone. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 2,000,000.00, addressed to the Director General, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Level 24, West Tower - World Trade Centre, Echelon Square, Colombo 01, and complying with the format annexed. The Bid Security shall be valid up to 17.08.2026. A complete set of Procurement documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written request on a business letterhead addressed to the Actg. Executive Director (Technical Services), Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Technical Services Department, Level 5, World Trade Centre-West Tower, Echelon Square, Colombo 01 from 23.03.2026 until 10.04.2026, 0900 hours to 1500 hours on working days and upon payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee of Rs.35,000.00 (inclusive SSCL & VAT).
