Sealed Bids Will Be Received By School District No. 91 (Nechako Lakes) For: Lakes District Secondary School,2026 Boiler Plant Upgrade Provide New, Complete, Operational, And Tested Mechanical Systems For Heating,Ventilation, Air Conditioning, And Controls Systems. The Scope Of Hvac Work For This Project Generally Includes: .1 Condensing Boilers (12) And Chimneys. .2 Hydronic Pumps (12). .3 Heating Water Piping And Pipe Insulation. .4 Pre-Operational Pipe Cleaning And Chemical Treatment. .5 Direct Digital Controls. .6 Water Systems Balancing. .7 Verification Of Hvac Systems Operation And Controls. Plumbing Work Includes The Following: .1 Instantaneous Domestic Hot Water Heater Connections To Combi Boilers (2). .2 Connection Combi Boilers To New Dwh Storage Tank And Cold And Hot Water Piping. .3 Natural Gas Piping And Hook-Up Of New Heating Boilers. .4 Condensate Drains For New Condensing Boilers. .5 New Domestic Hot Water Recirculation Pumps (2). .6 Re-Connection Of Water Make-Up Line And Glycol Fill Tank To Heating System. Demolition And Builder’S Work Includes The Following: .1 Removal Of Redundant Boilers And Piping. .2 Removal Of Redundant Domestic Water Heaters And Piping. .3 Concrete Housekeeping Pads In Boiler Room. .4 Painting Of Exposed Natural Gas Piping. .5 Removal Of Existing Circulation Pumps (2). .6 Other Demolition, Remediation, Etc., Electrical Work Includes The Following: .1 Electrical Power Supply To Mechanical Equipment. .2 Removal And Re-Installation Or Replacement Of Miscellaneous Electrical Devices, As Required To Facilitate The Project Work.
