Tenders are invited for Calibration and Servicing of Field Instruments at Qatarenergy Refinery. Bond: QAR 295000 Fee: QAR 500 Tender Issue Period: 12/02/26 - 18/02/26 Bid Closing Date: 29/03/26 Bond Validity: 26/08/26- (150) days from the Bid Closing Date Offer Validity: 27/07/26- (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work/Description: The Scope of Services includes but not limited to following: 1),,Provision of calibration workshop. 2),,Capability to carry out the "Field Calibration for all types of Instruments installed at Refinery", except those requiring External Certification. 3),,Maintaining Sufficient number of test equipment / calibrators, tools, consumables. 4),,Maintaining vehicles for Material and Contractor Employees. 5),,Qatar Energy Approved, technically capable supervisors/engineers, skilled technicians, fitters, helpers, riggers 6),,Facilitate to carry out removal, overhaul, calibration and functional test of specified instruments and control valves on call off basis. 7),,The services shall be carried out either on-site (respective instrument location or Contractors workshop to be installed within Refinery premises) or off-site (Contractors workshop outside Refinery premises) depending upon the extent of respective job. 8),,Skilled Support for ensuring the Qatar Energy Maintenance KPIs are maintained. 9),,Records keeping for all the activities carried out in Qatar Energy premises. 10),,Provision of OEM Support for the identified specialized Instrument, as required by Company.
