A Public Contract For Services, Divided Into Two Parts, Awarded In An Above-Limit Regime In An Open Procedure According To § 56 Zzvz. 1St Part Of The Vz: Is The Regular Collection Once Every 14 Days And The Disposal (Disposal) Of Mixed Municipal Waste In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Dolní Město - The Local Parts Of Dobrá Voda Lipnická, Dolní Město, Meziklasí, Rejčkov, Smrčensko And Loukov. This Is The Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste From Waste Containers From: - All Residents Of The Village (Garbage Containers Are Owned By Individual Households, Plastic And Tin Containers In Varying Proportions) - All Recreational Facilities - Containers Located At Facilities Operated By Municipalities (6 Pieces Of 120 L Containers – Kindergarten, Elementary School, Municipal Office, Possibly Volunteer Fire Department) - Waste Bins In The Municipality (10 Pieces - Not Owned By The Municipality) The Collection Will Take Place Once Every 14 Days, On The Days Determined By The Collection Calendar For The Given Year, Which The Authorized Person Is Obliged To Hand Over To The Originator No Later Than December 15 Of The Previous Year. Set Number Of Collections Per Year – 26. The Subject Of Performance Also Includes The Rental Of The Above-Mentioned 10 Containers, Which Are Not Owned By The Municipality, And The Washing Of These Containers (10 Pieces) Once A Year. The Subject Of Performance Also Includes Waste Registration, Reporting To The Municipal Authority, Processing And Sending Reports For The Company Eko-Kom And Submitting Reports To The Ispop System. Administrative Fees According To Act No. 541/2020 Coll. On Waste Or Other Valid Legal Regulation, Which The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Pay According To Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste And On The Amendment Of Some Other Laws, As Amended, Will Be Charged, To The Same Extent According To The Valid Legal Regulation For The Payment Of The Administrative Fee Valid At The Time Of Billing. Part 2 Vz: Rental Of Containers For Separated Waste, Bulky And Hazardous Waste And Collection Of Usable Separated Waste, Its Use Or Disposal (Disposal) In Accordance With The Legal Regulations Of The Czech Republic The Collection Of Usable Separated Waste Will Take Place As Follows: The Municipality Of Dolní Město – Collection Of Plastics 52 Times A Year (I.E. 1 Time Per Week), Collection Of Paper 26 Times A Year (I.E. 1 Time In 14 Days) And Collection Of Glass 13 Times A Year (I.E. 1 Time In 4 Weeks). Local Parts Of Dobrá Voda Lipnická, Meziklasí And Rejčkov – Plastic Collection 52 Times A Year (I.E. 1 Time A Week), Paper Collection 26 Times A Year (I.E. 1 Time In 14 Days) And Glass Collection 13 Times A Year (I.E. 1 Time In 4 Weeks). Type, Size And Number Of Containers According To Appendix No. 4 Of This Zd (Container Specification) Rental Of Containers And Collection Of Hazardous And Bulky Waste, Its Use Or Removal (Disposal) In Accordance With The Legal Regulations Of The Czech Republic. Collection Will Always Take Place After A Telephone Agreement Between The Contracting Parties. The Subject Of Performance Also Includes Waste Registration, Reporting To The Municipal Authority, Processing And Sending Reports For The Company Eko-Kom And Submitting Reports To The Ispop System.
