The State Administrator In Troms And Finnmark Plans To Announce A Competition For The Procurement Of Canteen Operations And The Delivery Of Canteen Services To Its Office In Statens Hus, Vadsø. The Acquisition Includes Daily Canteen Operations, Sales Of Hot And Cold Food, Meeting Food And Kiosk Goods Every Day Of The Week. The Supplier Is Responsible For Daily Washing Up And Cleaning Of The Kitchen. The Agreement Will Also Include Daily Operation Of The Clients Coffee Machine And Coffee Maker In The Canteen. The Canteen Is On The 1St Floor And Harca. 80 Seats. The Canteen Was Renovated In 2022 And Has A Utility Kitchen, Hotplates/Lamps, Cooling Well, Storage And Dishwashing Kitchen With Separate Handing In Of Dishes. The State Administrators Has Approx. 100 Employees. The Canteen Will Be Used By The State Administrators Employees (Approx. 100 Employees) And 4 Other Businesses In The Office Building, Which Together Have Approx. 50 Employees. The State Administrator And The Other 4 Businesses Will Pay A Combined Operating Subsidy. Further Information On Operating Grants Will Be Provided In The Announcement Of The Competition. It Is Planned With An Agreement Period Of 3 Years With The Option Of A Further 1+1 Years. The Competition Will Be Announced In Mid-June With An Offer Deadline In September And An Offer Inspection Is Planned In Week 34. The Start Of Canteen Operation Is 02.11.2026.
