With This Procurement, Høyanger Municipality Will Enter Into An Agreement With One (1) Supplier. The Municipal Board In Høyanger Decided In Case Ks 012/26 To Carry Out A New General Assessment Of All Properties In The Municipality In 2026, New Assessments Will Take Effect From The Tax Year 2027. It Was Also Decided That The Tax Authoritys Asset Base Should Be Used For Issuing Tax On Residential Properties, Cf. Property Tax Act § 8 C-1. The Assessment Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Property Tax Act § 8 A-3, Subsection 4. In Collaboration With The Expert Board For Property Tax, New Frameworks And Guidelines For The Valuation Of Property In Høyanger Municipality Will Be Drawn Up. In Addition, New Zone Maps Must Be Created. The Expert Panel Must Determine Valuations Based On Submissions From Valuers. The Tenderer Is Obliged To Comply With The Rules In The Property Tax Act And Take Account Of Relevant Court Rulings In Their Work For Høyanger Municipality. Option – Land Registry If It Turns Out Through The Project That Høyanger Municipality Does Not Have Sufficient Capacity To Carry Out Cadastral Registration Itself, We Would Like An Option On This Work.
