The Object Of The Public Procurement Is White Copy Paper A3, A4 And A5 (Hereinafter Paper). The Paper Must Be Well-Usable In Todays Office Equipment (Copiers, Inkjet And Laser Printers And Fax Machines) And Must Ensure Paper-Dependent Operation Of The Equipment. The Procurement Also Includes The Delivery Of Paper Across Estonia To The Place Of Business Of The Buyers Based On The Orders Submitted By The Buyers. The Fee For The Local Delivery Service Must Be Included In The Price Of The Paper, And The Seller Has No Right To Demand Compensation From The Buyers For The Costs Related To The Provision Of The Service. The Seller Must Ensure The Transport Of The Paper To The Buyer (In The Office Premises To The Place Indicated By The Buyer) Within Five Working Days At The Latest From The Receipt Of The Order.
