The Tilapalvelut Business Office Of The City Of Espoo (Later The Client) Is Requesting Offers For The Construction Of The Sports Field At Kutojantie 2 As A Complete Contract. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders, Contract Program. Familiarization Visit: The Tenderer Must Familiarize Himself With The Site Before Submitting The Offer. The Customer Will Select One Supplier Based On The Competition. The Preliminary (Contract/Implementation) Period Is 1 June 2026 – 10 August 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is A Complete Contract. All Work Presented In The Tender Documents Is Included In The Total Contract. The Selected Supplier Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Implementer In Accordance With The Government Decree On The Safety Of Construction Work (2009/205). The Customer Does Not Commit To The Announced Procurement Quantities.
