In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Attached Material, Metsähallitus Tenders A Design Commission, Which Includes The Following Tasks: - The Main Designer / Construction Designer To Be Appointed To The Project - Structural Designer - Technical Draftsman Metsähallitus Nature Services Will Compile A Structural Drawing Catalog During This Year, The Purpose Of Which Is To Gather Together The Best And Most Functional Terrain Structures (E.G. Fire Pits, Kitchen Canopies, Latrines, Day Beds, Etc.). The Technical Drawings Of The Structures Are Checked And Drawn In A Clean, Uniform Form By The Design Office. The Structural Drawing Catalog Will Be Published At The End Of The Year In Electronic Form Both For Internal Use And Openly For Stakeholders (Municipalities, Associations, Other Actors) To Support The Construction Of Recreational Facilities. The Project Partly Implements The Goals Of The Ministry Of The Environments National Recreational Use Strategy 2030. Additional Information In The Tender Documents And Its Attachments, Which Should Be Read Carefully Before Submitting The Offer. The Offer Is Given As Hourly Pricing. According To The Procurement Units Estimate, The Weight Of The Procurement Is 70% For The Technical Draftsman, 15% For The Structural Design And 15% For The Building Design. The Work Will Be Carried Out During 2026 So That The Work Can Start At The Beginning Of May And The Work Must Be Completely Completed By 30 November 2026.
