The Object Of The Procurement Is The Planning Services Of The Partial Master Plan With Legal Effect For The Downtown Area Of Sauvo Municipality (Hereinafter Also Service). The Size Of The Downtown Area Related To The Master Plan Is Approximately 25.1 Km², Which Includes 2.3 Km² Of The Approved Site Plan. The Procurement Also Includes Surveys Related To Master Plan Planning. In Addition, The Procurement Includes Updating And Changing/Refining Certain Station Plans (Per Block/House Group) At An Agreed Hourly Rate. There Are Approximately 10 Station Plans That Can Be Updated And Changed. The Updates Are Minor. The Procurement Object Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tender And Its Attachments. The Area To Be Rezoned Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 2 Of The Request For Tenders. The Goal Is For The Contract Period And Service Production To Start In April 2026. The Goal Is To Complete Partial Master Plan Design So That The Master Plan For The Proposal Phase Would Be Approved At The Municipal Council Meeting In May 2027. Based On The Offers, The Procurement Unit Will Select One (1) Service Provider.
