The Subject Of The Order Covers The Delivery Of 16 Livescan Biometric Stations With Management Software And 16 Specialized Eurodac Workstations With Management Software, Together With All The Necessary Equipment For Their Proper Functioning, Commissioning, Configuration And Warranty Support. Eurodac Livescan Biometric Stations And Specialized Eurodac Workstations Should Be Compatible With The Current Version Of Eurodac Livescan And The Software Of The Current Version Of The National Automated Fingerprint Identification System (Cabis) And Eurodac, Meet The Functional Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) No. 2024/1358 Of The European Parliament, As Well As The Latest Version Of Edac Icd Cud Icd And Edac Esp. Deadline For The Execution Of The Order: Up To 120 (One Hundred And Twenty) Calendar Days, Counted From Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee. For The Term Of The Contract, Warranty Support Will Be Provided For The Eurodak Livescan Software For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months And For The Specialized Workstations Of Eurodac For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months, Starting From The Date Of The Test Report, As Well As Restoration Of The Operating Systems In The Event Of A Crash. ​​​​​​​ The Term Of The Warranty Maintenance Of The Delivered Equipment Should Not Be Less Than 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Handover Protocol.​​​​ All Deadlines Regarding The Presentation Of The Guarantee And The Actual Commencement Of The Performance Of The Delivery Are Set Out In The Confirmation Of Secured Financing.
