Performs Mandatory Training Of The Responsible Personnel For Working With The Put Into Operation Apparatus And Warranty Service During The Proposed Warranty Period. The Execution Of The Order Covers: Delivery Of The Equipment - Ophthalmic Operating Microscope, New, Non-Demonstration, Unused, Accompanied By Original Technical Documentation And All Other Necessary Documentation, Incl. Quality Certificates, Operating Instructions, Warranty Card; Performing Adjustments And Technical Testing Of The Equipment, According To The Manufacturers Requirements; Commissioning Of The Equipment; Training Of The Employers Staff To Work With The Equipment. Warranty Support. As Of The Date Of The Opening Of The Procedure, No Funding Has Been Secured And The Contract With The Appointed Contractor Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of Article 114 Of The Civil Procedure Code - Conditional Contract. Either Party May Request Termination Of The Contract Without Notice After A Three-Month Period From Its Conclusion.
