The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Post-Warranty Servicing Of The Light Official Vehicles Of The Rzok - Plovdiv, Including Delivery And Installation Of Spare Parts, Consumables And Accessories For Them. Post-Warranty Servicing Of Light Commercial Vehicles (Lcvs) Includes: 1.1. Technical Servicing Of Motor Vehicles Should Be Carried Out According To The Requirements And Recommendations/Guidelines Of The Manufacturing Plants. Engine Inspection (Diagnosis) Is Performed Once Every 12 (Twelve) Months. The Inspection (Diagnosis) Of The Chassis, Brake System And Steering System, Clutch And Gearbox And The Electrical Installation Without Radios Is Carried Out Once Every 6 (Six) Months. Maintenance Should Include Changing Filters (Oil, Air, Cabin Filter, Fuel Filter) And Oils, And Performing An Inspection And Inspection Of The Systems, Units And Aggregates In Order To Ensure Their Proper Functioning. All Activities Related To The Servicing And Maintenance Of The Vehicles Should Be Carried Out During The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract In The Volume And Frequency, According To The Manufacturers Instructions, For The Relevant Motor Vehicle And Include The Following: Inspection Of The Chassis (Stand Front Axle, Stand Rear Axle, Suspension), The Braking System And The Steering System; Power Transmission Check - Clutch, Gearbox, Cardan Transmission And Differential; Checking The Electrical Installation (Without The Radios); Inspection And Replacement And/Or Replenishment Of Consumables And Fluids (Oils - Engine, Hydraulic, Differential, Two-Stroke, Grease, Filters, Hoses, Seals, Etc.); Engine Diagnostics; Replacement Of Exhaust Pipes (Pots); Diagnostics, Service And/Or Repair Of Ignition System; Diagnostics, Service And/Or Repair Of Fuel System; Diagnosis, Servicing And/Or Repair Of Lubrication And Cooling Equipment; Hydraulic System Diagnostics, Service And/Or Repair; Front And Rear Axle Adjustment; Headlight Adjustment; Performing Seasonal Servicing Of Motor Vehicles, Including Checking The Condition Of Tires, Replacement (Installation And Disassembly) And Balance; Preparation For Presenting The Vehicles At Annual Technical Inspections; Straightening Rims; Diagnostics And Elimination Of Accumulated Computer Errors. 1.2. The Ongoing Repair Should Cover All Activities To Bring The Systems, Units And Aggregates Into Working Condition. All Operations Related To The Repair Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Factory - Manufacturer Of The Relevant Motor Vehicle. The Contractor Must Be Able And Have The Opportunity To Carry Out Repairs To The Engine, Chassis, Sources And Consumers Of Electrical Energy, Aggregates And Units, Air Conditioners And Air Conditioners, And To Adjust The Suspension Geometry Of The Front And Rear Axle Of The Motor Vehicle And Other Types Of Repair Work.
