Delivery Of Net Active Electrical Energy By A Contractor, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, For Low And Medium Voltage With Full Administration Of Information Flow With Eso And Absorption Of The Costs Of Imbalances For Sites Of The Information Center Of The Ministry Of Defense. ​​​​​​​​​The Estimated Amount For The Term Of The Contract Is 300 (Three Hundred) Megawatt-Hours Of Net Active Electrical Energy Low Voltage. The Estimated Quantity Of Electricity Consumption For The Term Of The Contract Of 12 (Twelve) Months Does Not In Any Way Commit The Contracting Party To Use It, Nor Does It In Any Way Limit The Consumption Of The Contracting Party Within Its Framework, By Supplying The Necessary Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Period Of The Contract. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Make Changes To The Objects (Deletion Or Addition Of An Object), Reserving The Right To Change The Estimated Quantity In A Positive Or Negative Direction According To The Need.
