The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract In Compliance With The Requirements Of Article 182, Paragraph 1 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Article 79, Paragraph 1, Item 3, B. C Of The Ppa With A Contractor Having The Exclusive Right To Provide Services For Providing Access And Transmission Of Electrical Energy Through The Electrical Distribution Network, According To A License Issued By Kevr. The Provision Of The Services Access To The Electricity Distribution Network And Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Distribution Network In The Specific Territory Is An Activity That Can Be Realized Only By Certain Persons/Companies Possessing Exclusive Rights To Carry Out This Activity. Pursuant To Art. 39, Paragraph 1, Item 2 And Item 3 Of The Law On Energy, Electricity Transmission Activity Is Subject To Licensing By The Commission For Energy And Water Regulation (Kevr), And Pursuant To Art. 43, Paragraph 2, Item 1 Of The Same Law, Only One License For The Distribution Of Electricity Is Issued For A Single Territory Of The Country. After An Inquiry Was Made In The Public Register Of Licenses Issued By Kevr On The Basis Of Article 25, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Energy (Ze), It Was Found That License No. L-135-07/13.08.2004 Was Entered Under No. 139.
