Desktop Mini Computer - 28 Pcs. 2. Monitor – 28 Pcs. 3. Portable Computer (Laptop) – 7 Pcs. 4. Stereoscopic Laptop With Virtual Reality Technology - 1 Pc. 5. Interactive Display With Built-In Camera, Microphone, Included Ops Module (Type 1) – 1 Pc. 6. Interactive Display With Built-In Computer Ops (Type 2) – 6 Pcs. ***Participants Must Be Manufacturers Of The Offered Equipment Or Be Authorized By The Manufacturer Or Its Official Representative With Rights To Sell And Guarantee Maintenance Of The Equipment. To Prove The Requirement, The Participants Should Submit To Their Technical Proposal For The Execution Of The Order Document(S) From The Manufacturer Of The Relevant Equipment Or From His Representative, In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By A Translation Into Bulgarian, Certifying The Right Of The Participants To Sell And Guarantee Maintenance Of The Equipment. This Can Be A Contract, Authorization Letter Or Other Document Whose Validity Period Covers The Period For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. In Cases Where The Participant Presents A Letter Of Authorization From An Official Representative Of The Manufacturer (Or An Equivalent Document), The Offer Also Includes An Authorization Letter Issued By The Manufacturer (Or An Equivalent Document) Authorizing The Official Representative Of The Manufacturer, In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By A Translation Into Bulgarian. The Technical Proposal Of The Participants Must Necessarily Include Technical Documentation (Catalogues, Brochures, Sheets With Technical Data/Technical Characteristics And/Or Etc. In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By A Translation Into Bulgarian), Which Allows A Comparison To Be Made Between The Minimum Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And Characteristics Of The Proposed Technology, For Which The Contracting Authority Requires The Submission Of Evidence Of Conformity At The Tender Stage. The Deadline For The Delivery Is 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Assignment Letter From The Employer To The Contractor. !!!Environmental Requirements: The Proposed Items Should Meet The Requirements Of Ordinance No. H-1 Of 23.07.2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products (Requirements For Energy Characteristics And Hazardous Substances), Provided For The Product Group Computers And Monitors From Appendix No. 1 To Art. 4 Of The Ordinance, Subject To Public Procurement, (Promulgated, Sg No. 64 Of 30.07.2024), Described In Detail In The Technical Specification.
