It Is Planned To Purchase A Factory New Electric Vehicle For The Provision Of Social Services In The Municipality Of Gurkovo. According To The Terms Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Sets Requirements That Ensure That The Vehicle That Is Delivered Or Used In The Provision Of The Services Meets The Criteria For Clean Vehicles. The Contracting Authority Applies The Requirements To The Clean Vehicles By Indicating In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Prepares The Present Documentation, In Accordance With Resolution No. 356 Of 29.12.2023 Of The Council Of Ministers, Which Specifies The Share Of Clean Vehicles In Relation To The Total Number Of Vehicles That Are Subject To Delivery For The Municipality Of Gurkovo. The Requirements For Clean Vehicles Are Determined By An Ordinance Of The Minister Of Transport And Communications, Which Specifies The Requirements For Clean Vehicles - Order No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles. A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification And Project Documentation Attached To The Documentation.
