The Contracting Entity Is Undertaking A Competitive Tender Process To Award A Single Supplier Contract To Meet The Following Requirements: The Contracting Authority Intends To Appoint A Suitably Qualified And Experienced Contractor To Perform The Following Duties: Works Include (But Are Not Limited To): • Interior And Exterior Painting • Ceiling Painting • Joinery And Trim Painting Including Architraves, Frames, Skirting, Window Boards, And Doors Typical Work Areas May Include: • Wall Surface Areas Up To And Exceeding 250M² • Ceiling Surface Areas Up To And Exceeding 100M² • Internal Joinery Quantities Up To And Exceeding: • 100M Architraves/Frames • 5M Window Boards • 20M² Doors • 100M Skirting Hse Uhk Seeks To Balance Operating Cost With Adequate Supply Service.
