Description The Client Tysvær Municipality (Tk) Wishes Through This Competition To Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements For Project Management And Advisory Services For Spatial Planning And Consulting Engineers For Technical Planning (Roads, Water, Drainage, Geologist/Geotechnics Etc.) With 2 (Two) Companies. Distribution Of Assignments Between The Suppliers Will Be Approx. 60 (Winner) / 40 (No. 2). Note: The Municipality Sets A Requirement That Each Supplier Can Offer Both Specialist Areas - Spatial Planning And Technical Planning - As This Is Seen As An Advantage Which, According To The Municipalitys Experience, Will Provide Synergy Effects In The Specialist Areas. The Framework Agreement Is For 2 Years With An Option For A Further 1+1 +1 Year. The Duration Of The Contract Set In The Tender Document Is Inclusive Of 3 Option Years. The Agreement Has An Estimated Annual Value Of Approx. 3,000,000 Ex. Vat (Divided Between Both Suppliers. This Gives A Total Estimated Value For The Length Of The Framework Agreement (Incl. Options) Of Nok 15,000,000 Ex. Vat. The Estimated Value Is Only An Estimate Of Scope, Of An Informative Nature, And Does Not Bind The Municipality In Any Way. 1,000,000 As Separate Competitions.
