The Pilgrimage Town Of Werl Is Inviting Tenders For The Renovation Of The Running Track In The Heinrich Buchgeister Stadium In Werl In Accordance With The Attached Plan. The Base Layer Must Be Cleaned, Unevenness Removed And Damaged Areas Repaired, And The Top Layer Must Be Completely Renovated Using Retopping. There Is A Total Area Of Approximately 2,419.00 M² Of Retopping Area. Only The Running Track Should Be Renovated. The Running Track Is Bordered By Edging Stones And A Drainage Channel. Individual Elements Of The Drainage Channel And Cover Caps Must Be Replaced. The Track Markings Should Be Restored. Before Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Must Satisfy Himself About The Local Conditions And The Condition Of The Existing Surface. All Additional Services Required For Proper Execution Must Be Included In The Standard Prices Unless They Are Listed Separately.
