The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Integral Service Of Maintenance Of The Equipment And Installations Against Fires Of The Buildings And Municipal Offices Of The Municipality Of Vallirana. These Equipment And Facilities To Be Maintained Include The Following Types: • Fire Extinguishers • Equipped Fire Hydrants (Bie’S) • Fire Protection Facilities (Smoke/Temperature/Flame Detectors, Fire Detection Centrals, Alarm Buttons, Sirens, Etc.) • Co Detection Facilities (Co Detectors, Co Detection Centrals, Sirens, Etc.) • Facilities Automatic Extinguishing (Extinguishing Gas Cylinders, Smoke And Temperature Detectors, Detection And Extinguishing Central, Push Buttons, Illuminated Signs)•Emergency Lighting (Signaling And Evacuation)•Signage The Contract Foresees The Costs Of Preventive/Standard Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance Resulting From The Use And Deterioration Of The Facilities. Likewise, The Contract Also Foresees Taking Charge Of The Maintenance Of New Facilities That The City Council Makes Or Receives From Third Parties Within The Next Few Years Of The Contract, In Case Of Expansion Of Facilities In Relation To The Current Inventory.
