The Subject Of This Order Is The Modernization Of 4 Cogeneration Units Manufactured By Jenbacher, Type Jms612-J02, Installed In Guk Jelenia Góra I, Resulting From 30,000 Man-Hours Of Operation. The Basic Purpose Of The Order Is To Modernize 4 Cogeneration Units In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Jenbacher Manufacturer, After These Units Have Achieved 30,000 Operating Hours. The Cogeneration Units Whose Modernization Is The Subject Of The Order Are Located In The Ordering Partys High-Efficiency Cogeneration Source In Jelenia Góra At Ul. Karola Miarki 31. The Ordering Party Allows The Order To Be Performed In A Basic Or Variant Manner - Depending On The Offer Submitted By The Contractor And Depending On The Offer Selection Made By The Ordering Party: A) Basic Offer - Implementation Of Modernization Locally - On The Premises Of Guk In The Container Of The Unit Wytwórcza, After Preparing The Infrastructure For The Planned Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Work Site And Comply With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. Applicable On The Premises. B) Variant Offer - Modernization Carried Out Externally - In A Properly Designated And Prepared Technological Hall, Where The Generators Will Be Transported At The Sole Responsibility And Expense Of The Contractor. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility (Risk Of Loss Or Damage To Property) And All Costs Related To: - Dismantling And Securing Units For Transport, - Transport (In Both Directions) Using Specialized Equipment, - Insurance Of Property During Transport And During Work In The Hall (Ocp Policy And Entrusted Property In The Amount Of At Least Pln 6,000,000.00). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Visit The Hall Before Signing The Contract Or Before Starting Work In Order To Verify Technical Conditions. Carrying Out Work In Field Or Unsuitable Conditions Is Unacceptable. Due To The Above, The Scope Of The Order Also Includes All Necessary Works Related To The Possible Disassembly, Assembly And Relocation Of Cogeneration Units, I.E., Among Others: Dismantling The Service Walls Of The Generating Units Containers, Dismantling Part Of The Fence (If Required), Organizing And Transporting Cogeneration Units (If The Variant Offer Is Selected), Re-Assembling The Cogeneration Units, Restoring Connections Of Technological And Electrical Installations, Performing The Necessary Electrical Measurements, Commissioning The Cogeneration Units Together With A 72-Hour Test Run During Which Tests Of Control Parameters Will Be Performed. The Contractor Provides A Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract, And The Period Of The Guarantee And Warranty For Defects Is Counted For Each Unit Separately From The Date Of Signing By The Ordering Party Of The Acceptance Protocol For The Modernization Of A Given Cogeneration Unit.
