Passenger Cars – Market Relating To The Supply Of Long-Term Vehicles Through The Appointment Of A Leasing Company For The Needs Of Vivalia. The Object Of This Contract Concerns The Provision Of Vehicles Through Operational Leasing. This Is A Long-Term Rental Of Vehicles Subject To Payment Of A Fixed Monthly Rent For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Vehicles Concerned By This Contract Are: - Approximately 30 Company Vehicles For The Various Members Of Vivalia For Which The Monthly Rent Is A Maximum Of €850.00 Excl. Vat; - Around 15 Service Vehicles For Different Services Such As The Laboratory, Technical Services, Etc. For Which The Monthly Rent Is A Maximum Of €550.00 Excl. Vat; - Around 12 Vim Type Vehicles (Medical Intervention Vehicle) And Their Layout For The Smur (Mobile Emergency And Resuscitation Service). Concerning Company Vehicles, The User Will Be Able To Choose The Desired Vehicle, As Long As It Remains Within The Maximum Budget Allocated By The Employer. The Calculation Of The Rent For The Different Types Of Vehicles Will Be Carried Out On The Theoretical Basis Of 48 Months, With 40,000 Km Annually. This Data Will Be Adapted According To Reality. The Overall Amount Of The Rent Includes The Following Elements: • Depreciation And Interest; • Registration Tax; • The Registration Tax; • Road Tax; • The Legal Equipment Required By The Highway Code Or Any Other Regulatory Provision At The Time Of Delivery Of The Vehicle; • The Costs Of The Automobile Inspection In Cases Where It Is Required By Law, Before The Vehicle Is Put Into Circulation; • Maintenance Planned By The Manufacturer; • Mechanical Repairs Due To Normal Wear And Tear Of The Vehicle; • The Supply Of Tires (Unlimited Summer And Winter); • Insurance: Rc+, Cas, Theft, Fire, Broken Glass, Material Damage (Omnium), No Excess; • Reporting For Share Monitoring; • 24-Hour Roadside Assistance; • Troubleshooting; • The Replacement Category B Vehicle After 24 Hours; • Management Fees; • Authorization To Letter Service Vehicles And Vim; • Medical Arrangements For Vims. The Technical Data Relating To This Market Are Detailed In The Technical Part Of These Specifications. The Number Of Vehicles To Be Delivered During The First Period Of The Contract (4 Years) Is Estimated At 30 Company Vehicles, 15 Service Vehicles And 12 Mivs. Likewise, The Mileage Is Estimated At Around 40,000Km Per Year Per Vehicle. Please Note That The Comparison Of Offers Will Be Made On Models Indicated In The Technical Clauses And Included In The Inventory.
