Supervision Of Building Work – Construction Manager – Zš Jahodnice. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Complex Project Management Services For The Building Including Tdi, Kbozp, Price Consultations, Professional Technical Assistance And Control Activities In Connection With The Construction Plan For The New Building Of Zš Jahodnice Defined In The Architectural Study, While The Construction Will Be Implemented Using The Design & Build Method. The Services Of The Technical Supervision Of The Builder And The Osh Coordinator Will Be Provided In The Following Roles: A) Senior Project Manager (Construction Manager), B) Project Manager (Assistant Construction Manager), C) Price Manager, D) Authorized Person (Structural Statics And Dynamics), E) Technical Building Equipment Specialist (Tzb), F) Electrical Installation Specialist, G) Building Fire Safety Specialist, H) Bim Specialist I) Technical Supervision Of The Builder J) Osh Coordinator K) And Or Other Roles According To The Current Needs Of The Project, In All Phases Of This Project, Or From The Preparation Phase To The Construction Implementation Phase As Needed. Remuneration For These Services Must Be Constructed As An Hourly Rate. The Expected Scope Of Performance Is An Average Of 200 Hours Per Month During The Plan Preparation Phase, And An Average Of 400 Hours Per Month During The Construction Phase. The Expected Duration Of The Project In The Planning Phase Is 2 Years (24 Months) And The Expected Duration In The Construction Phase Is 2 Years (24 Months).
