The Service Provider Carries Out The Individual Actions At The Request Of The Client. The Actions Are Carried Out Either On Site, Online Or As A Combination Of Both Variants. The Contractor Provides Advisory Support In The Planning, Conception And Implementation Of The Individual Mystery Shopping Campaigns Within The Deadlines Set By The Client And Ensures Continuous Availability. The Possibility Of Real-Time Data Retrieval By The Client During An Ongoing Campaign Via An Online Tool Is Desired, But Not Absolutely Necessary. The Completion Of The Respective Actions Is The Transmission Of The Results (Raw Data) As Well As A Brief Evaluation And Preparation Of The Results By The Contractor In The Form Of A Final Report.
