The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded In The Dynamic Purchasing System (Hereinafter Referred To As Dns) Will Be The Provision Of The Activity Of Technical Supervision Of The Builder For Building Constructions (Hereinafter Referred To As Tds) During The Execution Of Construction Works, Within The Scope And In Accordance With The Tendering Conditions Of Individual Calls For Tenders In Dns According To § 141 Of The Act. The Contracting Authority Assumes That It Will Enter Public Contracts In The Dns According To The Current Needs Of The Central Contracting Authority And Authorizing Contracting Authorities, I.E. At Undetermined And Irregular Intervals.
