Surveying, Hydrographic, Oceanographic And Hydrological Instruments And Appliances – Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Uas-Based, Bathymetric Lidar Sensor System As Well As User Instruction. The Tendered Scanner System Is Intended To Capture Shallow Water Areas And Land Areas Using 3D Point Clouds. The Components Of The System Must Contain All The Necessary Elements To Capture And Evaluate A 3D Point Cloud Above And Below The Waterline (Up To A Defined Visual Depth) That Is A) Rgb-Colored, B) Classified, C) Has Defined Accuracy And Resolution, D) Has A Defined Point Density With Certain Flight Parameters. A Dji Matrice 400 Drone Is Used As The Carrier System. The Drone As Such, Windows Pc, The Necessary Gnss Reference Station And Access To The Corresponding Correction Data Are Available On The Ag Side And Are Therefore Not Part Of The Tender. With The Help Of The System, Small Areas Above And Below The Water Surface Are Recorded Using Drones. The Scanner Must Be Operated In Such A Way That No Further Measures Need To Be Taken By The User Or The Client With Regard To Extended Eye Safety (Enohd (Extended Norminal Ocular Hazard Distance)). The Contractor (Contractor) Must Provide Specifications Regarding Flight Altitude And Scanning Parameters That Ensure Appropriate Eye Safety On The Ground. The Service Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Measuring System, As Well As The Instruction Of The Users.
