The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Property And Liability Insurance For The City Of Humpolce And The Second Layer Of Liability Insurance For The City Of Humpolce And The Organizations Established By It According To Annex 4 Of The Procurement Documentation (Annex 4 Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract), For A Period Of 48 Months. Insurance Includes: I. Property Insurance Ii. Insurance Of Electronic Devices Iii. Machinery Insurance Iv. Mechanical Insurance Of Mobile Machinery V. Insurance Of Mechanical Technological Equipment Vi. Responsibility Of The Municipality Vii. The Second Layer Of Responsibility Viii. Return Bonus The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Obligation To Offer Liability Insurance With Zero Deductible For Schools And Kindergartens Established By The Contracting Authority. This Is Liability Insurance (Schools And Nurseries) With Zero Co-Payment For These Organizations (Schools And Nurseries) In The Maximum Amount Of 1.5 Times The Claims Paid Out Over The Last 2 Years (Ie A Maximum Of 66% Of Claims). The Commitment To Offer This Liability Insurance With Zero Deductible For Schools And Nurseries Established By The Contracting Authority Is An Evaluation Criterion.
