The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work Consisting In The Replacement Of The Existing Wear Layer Of The Road, Damaged By The Flood In September 2024. The Complete Structure Of The Road Will Be Replaced. New Horizontal Road Markings Will Be Made. The Ramps Will Be Of A Construction Resistant To The Movement Of Cars. The Subject Is Also The Repair Of The Damaged Railing In The Parking Lot. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Specified By This Text Part Of The Tender Documentation, Including All Annexes, Especially The Project Documentation And The List Of Works, Which Form An Annex To This Text Part Of The Tender Documentation (Tender Documentation). The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of A Concluded Contract For The Work, Which Forms An Annex To The Tender Documentation, Whereby The Work Means The Construction And Technological Part Of The Construction Carried Out According To The Project Documentation - Complete And Faultless Execution Of All Construction And Assembly Work, Including The Supply Of The Necessary Materials, Machines And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Work, As Well As The Execution Of All Activities Related To The Delivery Of Construction And Assembly Work, The Execution Of Which Is Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Work (E.G. Construction Site Equipment, Safety Measures, Etc.), Within The Entire Scope Of The Assignment, Which Is Defined By The Project Documentation, Specified Standards And General Technical Requirements For Construction.
