According To “Regulation (Eu) 2019/2152 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 November 2019 On European Business Statistics, Repealing Ten Legal Acts In The Field Of Business Statistics” And “Commission Implementing Regulation (Eu) 2022/1092 Of 30 June 2022 Laying Down The Technical Specifications Of Data Requirements For The Theme Of “Innovation” Under Regulation (Eu) 2019/2152 [...] , Germany Is Obliged To Provide Data On The Innovative Behavior Of Companies (Innovation Statistics) To The Statistical Office Of The European Union (Eurostat). In Addition, The Results Of The Survey Are Part Of The Research Reporting Of The Federal Ministry For Research, Technology And Space (Bmftr), Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Client (Ag), Or The Federal Government (E.G. Federal Research And Innovation Report) And Are Also Included In The Reporting To The Organization For Economic Cooperation And Development (Oecd). The Annual Surveys On Innovation Behavior Must Meet The Requirements Of The European Commissions Legal Requirements. These Are Set Out In The Above-Mentioned Eu Regulation 2019/2152 Or In The Eu Implementing Regulation 2022/1092 In The Currently Valid Version. In Addition, The Surveys Must Comply With The Methodological Recommendations Of Eurostat For The Community Innovation Surveys, Cis (European Business Statistics Methodological Manual For Statistics On Business Innovation), As Well As The Applicable Methodological Recommendations For The Survey Interpretation Of Innovation Data From The Oecd (Currently Oslo Manual 2018). The Subject Of This Contract Is To Carry Out The Innovation Surveys For The Reporting Years 2026, 2027 And 2028, Based On Eu Regulation 2019/2152. As Part Of The Surveys, The Contractor Must Ensure Connectivity To The Previous Innovation Surveys In Such A Way That There Are No Breaks In The Statistics And Comparative Statistics For Previous Years Time Series Analyzes Are Possible.
