The Object Of The Procurement Is Two (2) Bone Densitometry Equipment, Which Will Be Installed During 2026 In The Clinical Physiology Unit Of Hyvinkää Hospital And The X-Ray Unit Of Elielinaukio, Hus Diagnostic Center. Bone Density Measurements And Whole Body Composition Measurements For Pediatric And Adult Patients In Primary Care And Specialized Medical Care Will Be Made With The Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Procurement. Approximately 9,000 Bone Densitometry Tests Are Performed At The Hus Diagnostic Center Each Year. Hyvinkää Hospitals Clinical Physiology Unit Conducts Approximately 800 Examinations Per Year, And Elielinaukios X-Ray Unit Conducts Approximately 3,000 Examinations Per Year. A Lot Of Elderly People Are Examined In The Units And Many Patients Have Considerable Challenges In Moving, To Which We Want To Pay Special Attention In The Characteristics Of The Equipment To Be Purchased. For Example, The Transfer Of Wheelchair Patients From The Wheelchair To The Examination Table Should Be As Effortless As Possible. In Addition, The Units Carry Out A Lot Of Examinations Of The Forearm Area, In Which Case Special Fluidity Is Required From The Characteristics Of The Device In Performing Forearm Examinations. The Hardware Units Offered Must Be New. A Ceiling Price Of €130,000/Equipment Has Been Set For The Equipment To Be Purchased, Including The Basic Configuration That Meets The Absolute Requirements. The Ceiling Price Does Not Include The Costs Of The Maintenance Contract. If The Price Of The Equipment Stated By The Bidder Exceeds The Ceiling Price Mentioned Above, The Bid Will Be Rejected. In Addition To The Basic Configuration, The Purchased Equipment Can Be Equipped With Options Offered According To The Needs Of The Department. In Addition, The Purchase Of One (1) Device During The Years 2026–2028 Is Reserved As An Option, In Connection With Which A Decision On The Option Purchase Will Be Made By 31 December 2028.
