Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Redesign Of The Adjacent Areas Of The Reeperbahn Between Holstenstrasse And Davidstrasse. The State Office For Roads, Bridges And Waterways (Lsbg) Intends To Redesign The Adjacent Areas Of The Reeperbahn In The Section Between Holstenstrasse And Davidstrasse. The Aim Is To Harmoniously Close The Gap To The Eastern Part Of The Reeperbahn, Which Was Renovated In 2006 In The Spielbudenplatz Area. The Gross Construction Volume Is Estimated At Around €8.1 Million. The Project Includes The Basic Services Of Property Planning For Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai 2021 Lph 1-3, 5, 6 (Partly Pro Rata) As Well As Special Services For The Ancillary Areas And Secondary Lanes Of The Reeperbahn Between Holstenstrasse And Davidstrasse. The Services Of Open Space Planning Include In Particular The Redesign And Reorganization Of Secondary Lanes. Special Services Include The Creation Of Documents For The Commissioning Of Experts, 3D Visualizations, And Technical Support In The Selection Of Plants And Trees. Furthermore, The Project Includes The Basic Services Of Object Planning For Traffic Facilities In Accordance With Section 47 Hoai 2021 Lph 1-3, 5, 6 (Partly Pro Rata) As Well As Special Services For The Carriageway And Secondary Carriageways Of The Reeperbahn Between Holstenstrasse And Davidstrasse With Less Replanning Effort Due To A Traffic Test That Has Already Been Established At The Start Of Planning. Special Services Include Line Route Coordination, Consideration Of Stationary Traffic, Delivery And Loading Processes, Development And Handling Of Taxi Traffic, Planning Of Protective Devices Against Crossing Attacks, Construction Phase Plans, Coordination Tasks, Traffic Management Planning For The Construction Period. Other Special Services Independent Of The Service Profile Include Participation In Meetings In Political Committees, Public Relations Work, Planning Elements Of The Blue-Green Streets Topic, Coordination With Other Projects, And Use Of The Virtual Project Room. Open Space Planning Must Be Carried Out In Close Coordination With Traffic Planning. In Addition To The Traffic Planning Service, A Discussion Of The Issue Of Drainage Is Mandatory. The Planning Services Mentioned Should Be Commissioned In Two Stages: Stage 1: Lph 1-3 And Special Services Stage 2: Lph 5-6 And Special Services It Is Planned To Initially Only Commission The Services Of The Above-Mentioned Stage 1.
