Mobile-Telephone Services – Providing Mobile Telephony Services With The Supply Of Mobile Phones, Modems And Sim Cards. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Mobile Telephony Services Together With The Supply Of Mobile Phones, Modems And Sim Cards For The State Administration Units Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is A Separate File In Excel Format. 2. For The Services Listed In Section 1 Will Include, Among Others: 1) Provision Of Mobile Voice, Sms And Mms Text Communication Services, 2) Provision Of Mobile Internet Access Services In Lte And 5G Technology With Bilateral Data Transmission, 3) Delivery Of Sim Cards Configured To Work In The Contractors Network, 4) Delivery Of Brand New Devices, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, I.E. Mobile Phones And Modems, 5) Provision Of Service For The Delivered Devices Under This Order. 3. The Service Will Be Provided By Using Sim Or E-Sim Cards Provided By The Contractor (At The Units Request), And Brand New Devices Free From Physical And Legal Defects, I.E. Mobile Phones And Data Transmission Modems With The Possibility Of Access To The Internet In Lte And 5G Technology With Bilateral Data Transmission. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That, As Part Of The Order In Question, It Has Specified Four Groups Of Mobile Phones And One Group Of Modems For Data Transmission, The Technical Requirements Of Which Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Constituting The Technical Specification Of The Devices. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Offer At Least Three Models Of Telephones From Three Different Manufacturers For Each Group Of Mobile Phones, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Annex 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Offers At Least One Model Of Data Transmission Modem For A Group Of Data Transmission Modems, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Constituting The Offer Form, The Ordering Party Specified The Maximum Prices For The Required Device Models. 6. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Devices (Mobile Phones And Modems) Meet The Requirements Or Features Specified By The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit With The Offer A Document (Device Data Sheet Or Device Specification Or Manufacturers Declaration Or Manufacturers Authorized Representative) Confirming That Each Device Offered In Point 9 Of The Offer Form Meets All Parameters Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Devices Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 7. If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence Specified In Section 7 Together With The Offer Or The Submitted Evidence Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Call For Their Submission Or Supplementation Within The Specified Deadline, Unless, Despite The Submission Of The Evidence In Question, The Offer Is Subject To Rejection Or There Are Grounds For Invalidation Of The Proceedings. The Ordering Party May Request Explanations Regarding The Content Of The Evidence In Question. 8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Units Covered By The Order With Up To
