Operating-Theater Lamps – Operating And Examination Lights For The Bergstrasse District Hospital, Heppenheim. The Operating And Examination Lights Are To Be Designed As Ceiling Lights. The Operating And Examination Lights Must Be Equipped With A Horizontal Extension Arm, Vertical Swivel Arm (Spring Arm) And Lamp Body. Unrestricted Rotational Movements Must Be Provided Through Stop-Free Swivel Joints And Power Supply Via Sliding Contacts. The Rotation Movement Must Also Be Functional When Using A Camera System. The Lamp Bodies Must Be Held Independently In Every Working Position And Must Be Self-Locking At Every Point In The Operating Radius. The Lamp Bodies Must Be Closed Dust-Tight. The Lamp Bodies Must Be Smooth On The Outside And No Edges May Protrude To Prevent Several Lamp Bodies From Tilting. The Light Field Must Be Homogeneous In Brightness. Dark Points Within The Light Field Are Not Permitted. Operating Room Light Combinations Consist Of Two Operating Lights And A Monitor Arm. One Of The Two Lights Must Be Designed In Such A Way That A Surgical Camera Can Be Integrated. The Support Arms Of The Individual Surgical Lights Must Be Mounted One Below The Other (Not Next To Each Other). When Combining Several Lights With Color Temperature Selection, Synchronous Switching Of The Color Temperature Of The Light Bodies Must Be Ensured. The Lights And Monitors Are Positioned Using Handles On The Light. Sterile Disposable Covers Are Purchased Through The Clinic.
