Building-Cleaning Services – Multi-Year Contract For Cleaning Services For Certain Municipal Establishments - Municipality Of Quévy. The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is To Provide Cleaning Services For Certain Establishments In The Municipality Of Quévy. This Service Contract Is Divided Into Firm And Conditional Tranches. Although The Conclusion Of The Contract Concerns The Entire Contract, It Only Binds The Contracting Authority For The Firm Sections. The Execution Of Each Conditional Tranche Is Subject To A Decision Of The Contracting Authority Brought To The Attention Of The Successful Tenderer In Accordance With The Terms Provided For In These Specifications. The Firm Tranche: Cleaning And Disinfection Service Provision For The Following Establishments: • “Les Canaillous” Reception Environment Located At Rue De Malplaquet 16 In Aulnois • “Les P’Tits Filous” Reception Environment Located At Rue De Frameries 44 In Quévy-Le-Petit • “Les Écureuils” Reception Environment Located At Rue Louis Piérard 63 In Bougnies The Conditional Tranche: Services Provided By Cleaning Concerns The Following Establishments: • The Aulnois Municipal School Located At Rue De Malplaquet 16 In Aulnois + The Pre-Fabricated Modules • The Quévy-Le-Petit Municipal School Located At Rue De Frameries 44 In Quévy-Le-Petit • The Bougnies Municipal School Located At Rue Louis Piérard 63 In Bougnies The Main Objective Is To Ensure A Pleasant Appearance, Visual Cleanliness And Effective, A Level Of Hygiene And Healthiness Meeting Technical Requirements, While Ensuring Respect For The Environment.
