Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Project Management For Facade Acoustic Insulation As Part Of The Construction Of The South Urban Way. Acoustic Diagnostics Are Carried Out Using Measurements In Sensitive Housing Which Were Identified During The Previous Study. For Practical Reasons, The Service Is Broken Down Into 3 Sectors: - Sector 1: From Avenue Bompard To Rue Christino Garcia (15 Housing Units Listed) - Sector 2: From Rue Christino Garcia To Avenue Pierre Mendès France (20 Housing Units) - Sector 3: From Avenue Pierre Mendès France To Rue De La Tour De Levêque (12 Housing Units Listed) This Study Includes 9 Missions As Well As Meetings: · Mission 1: Housing Inventory · Mission 2: Carrying Out Mixed Diagnostics · Mission 3: Technical Files · Mission 4: Preparation And Signing Of Agreements · Mission 5: Consultation Of Companies In Charge Of The Work Proposed To Owners · Mission 6: Monitoring And Reception Of The Work · Mission 7: Summary Report · Mission 8: Obtaining Authorizations For Town Planning · Mission 9: Drafting Of Communication Documents · Meeting 1: Working Meeting Additional · Meeting 2: Presentation And Information Meeting. Each Mission Is Planned For Each Sector Separately. Although These Could Be Done Simultaneously Or Overlapping, The Incumbent Must Make His Offer By Considering Each Mission Separately And Will Not Be Able To Claim Additional Remuneration In The Event That These Missions Extend Over Time. All Of The Services Provided For In The Contract Are The Subject Of A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Single-Award Purchase Orders, Placed In Application Of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. These Services Will Be Carried Out As Purchase Orders Are Issued By The Public Buyer And Will Be Paid According To The Unit Prices In The Unit Price Schedule, Based On The Quantities Actually Executed. In Application Of Article R2162-4-2° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded With An Economic Operator, Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Value Of €50,000 Excluding Tax Per Period, I.E. A Maximum Of €200,000 Excluding Tax Over The Entire Duration Of The Contract, All Renewals Combined.
