Diagnostic Devices – Acquisition Of Automated Analytics For Chemistry And Immunochemistry. Hus (Later Also The Procurement Unit Or Customer) Requests Applications For Participation In The Procurement Of Automated Analytics For Chemistry And Immunochemistry Of The Automation Laboratory Located In Meilahti, Helsinki, And The Hospital Laboratories Of Hyvinkää, Jorvi, Peijas, Lohja, Malmi, Porvoo, Lappeenranta, Kotka And Kouvola. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Competitive Negotiation Procedure In Accordance With Section 36 Of The Procurement Act (See Appendix 5 Description Of The Procedure). The Goal Of The Acquisition Is Uninterrupted, Overall Economic And High-Quality On-Call And Non-On-Call Analytics For The Chemistry And Immunochemistry Of The Automation Laboratory Located In The Huslab Building And The Above-Mentioned Hospital Laboratories, As Well As Efficient Sample Logistics In The Automation Laboratory And Pre-Processing In Hus Dgks Facilities And Performed By The Staff Even During Peak Sample Flow Hours. The Suppliers Service Package Must Include The Sufficient Technical Analytical Expertise And Product Support Required By Hus Dgk, Including Service Response, So That The Quality Of The Analytics And Uninterrupted Production Are Secured In All Situations. To Enable Smooth Reporting Of Analysis Results, The Degree Of Auto-Verification Of Results Should Be As High As Possible. The Application For Participation As Well As The Related Documentation And Clarifying Questions Must Be Submitted In Finnish. The Final Procurement Documents Are Defined In The Final Tender Request. The Annexes In Question Do Not Bind The Procurement Unit In The Later Stages Of The Procurement And Their Content May Change During Negotiations.
