A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template With Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Execution Of The Order By Sheltered Workshops, Social Cooperatives Or Other Contractors Covered By The Provisions Of Art. 94 Section 1 Of The Act. 3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act In An Amount Not Exceeding 40% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract, Including Options. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is: Pln 1,841,506.00 Net, Including: - Basic Order Worth Pln 1,263,361.00; - Option Worth Pln 52,000.00; - Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act, Worth Pln 526,145.00. These Orders Will Consist In The Repetition Of Similar Services - In Relation To Those Described In This Procedure In The Contract Template And Its Annexes, In Particular In The Field Of Pre-Implementation Analysis, Programming Work, Integration With Other Systems, Changes Or Expansion Of Functionality, As Well As In The Field Of Technical Assistance And Maintenance. The Conditions Under Which The Above-Mentioned Will Be Granted. Orders, Will Comply With The Conditions Specified In This Procedure In The Contract Template And Its Annexes, And The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure Will Be Limited To The Repeated Scope Of The Order. 4. In This Procedure, The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts And Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Purpose Of Implementing The Application Is To Support The Process Of Forecasting Gmks Financial Liquidity By Electronically Collecting, Processing, Transmitting And Monitoring The Timeliness Of Information On Planned Income And Expenses Of Individual Organizational Units. The Use Of A Dedicated Data Exchange Platform Will Eliminate The Current Exchange Of Information Via E-Mail, Ensuring Greater Efficiency And Security Of The Process. The Software Should Be Uniform And Consistent So That All Its Elements Work In Accordance With The Established Scheme And Enable Proper Integration With The Ordering Partys Other Systems. Initial Market Consultations Confirmed That There Are Many Entities On The Market Capable Of Comprehensively Implementing The Order, Which Does Not Limit Competition Or Negatively Affect The Choice Of Solution. The Ordering Party Acknowledges That Dividing The Contract Into Parts Is Not Justified Due To The High Probability Of Competence Disputes Between Contractors, Which Could Lead To Shifting Liability For Errors Occurring During The Execution Of The Contract.
