C. Any Software Upgradation That May Be Released By Our Principal Company Karel Shall Be Provided Free Of Cost So As To Avail Latest Features And Facilities. D. Cabling, Telephone Instrument And Battery Are Not Covered Under Cmc Contract. E. This Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract Also Includes 4 Preventive Maintenance Visits Apart From Any Service Call Visits That May Be Required From Time To Time. F. Have To Provide Stand By Cards/Spares To Restore Faulty Exchange
