Architectural And Related Services – Design And Author Supervision For Building A National Multiprofessional Hospital For Active Treatment Of Children. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is A Service For Design And Authors Supervision For The Construction Of The National General Hospital For Active Treatment Of Children. According To The Issued Design Visa, The Permissible Maximum Building Height Is 20 M. The Issued Visa Does Not Allow Reduced Distances To Neighboring Properties Or Buildings, Including Across The Street. According To The General Development Plan Of The Metropolitan Municipality And Item 3 Of Col. 6, Item 13, Item 15 And Item 33 Of The Annex To Art. 3, Para. 2 Of The Law On Planning And Development Of The Capital City Municipality (Cpa), Upi I - 545,1568,1652 - For A Hospital Complex And Landscaping, Quarter 117, Gorna Banya, Ovcha Kupel District Of The Capital City Municipality, Falls Into Three Planning Zones: Oo (Area Of The Upi – 23,560 M²); Tgo (Area Of Upi - 16,138 M²) And Smf 1 (Area Of Upi - 390 M²), For Which The Following Regimes Are Applicable: - Oo - Zone For Public Service Activities, Intended Primarily For Public Service Objects, With At Least 10% Of The Upi Having High Tree Vegetation, Subject To Compliance With The Maximum Allowable Indicators Of Construction According To Item 3 Of Col. 6 Of App. To Art. 3, Para. 2 Of Zuzso - For Medical Institutions For Hospital Care - Pl. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is A Design Service And Authors Supervision For The Construction Of A National Multidisciplinary Hospital For Active Treatment Of Children Including 26 Clinics And Wards, 20 Operating Rooms, An Outpatient Diagnostic Block With 38 Consultation Rooms, 26 Procedure Rooms And 7 Rooms For Invasive Procedures, A Day Hospital, Imaging And Nuclear Medicine Departments, A Laboratory Complex, As Well As An Administrative And Economic Block, A Helipad, A Parking Lot, Technical And Service Premises, Etc., In Compliance With The Current Medical Standards And Regulatory Requirements
