The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Preparation Of A Proposal For Complex Land Improvements In The Cadastral Area Of Sosnová Near Česká Lípa, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Determined For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Real Estate Cadastre, As Amended. The Draft Kopú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Breakdown, Which Exactly Corresponds To The Requirements Set Out In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For Carrying Out Land Improvements And Requirements For The Proposal For Land Improvements, As Amended. Kopú Will Be Solved With Special Attention To The Adjustment Of Water Management Conditions, Anti-Erosion And Anti-Flood Measures. The Expected Size Of The Area To Be Addressed Is 350 Ha.
