Refuse And Waste Related Services - Provision Of Services For The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Properties Located In The Malechowo Commune Where Residents Live And The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. 1. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste From Real Estate Inhabited In The Manner Specified In The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Malechowo Commune; 2) Glass Packaging Waste, Collected Selectively As Specified In The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Malechowo Commune; 3) Paper And Cardboard Waste (Including Packaging) - Collected Selectively As Specified In The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Malechowo Commune; 4) Waste Of Plastics, Metals And Multi-Material Packaging - Collected In A Selective Manner Specified In The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Malechowo Commune; 5) Biodegradable Waste, Including Green Waste, Constituting Municipal Waste - Collected In A Selective Manner Specified In The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Malechowo Commune; 6) Textile And Clothing Waste - Collected In A Selective Manner Specified In The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Malechowo Commune; 7) Collection And Management Of Waste From The Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) Located In Malechowo 27E On Plot No. 370/11: A) Furniture Waste And Other Large-Sized Waste, Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment And Used Tires, Collected In A Selective Manner Specified In The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Malechowo Commune; B) Construction And Demolition Waste Constituting Municipal Waste - Collected In A Selective Manner Specified In The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Malechowo Commune; C) Other Waste Separated From The Municipal Waste Stream, I.E. Textile And Clothing Waste, Medicines, Solvents, Acids, Alkalis, Plant Protection Products, Packaging Containing Residues Of Hazardous Substances, Paints, Inks, Printing Inks, Glues, Binders, Resins, Detergents - Collected In A Selective Manner Specified In The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Malechowo Commune. 2. Additionally, Waste That Will Be Accepted At The Mobile Point For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste: 1) Bulky Waste; 2) Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment. 3. The Contractor Collecting Waste Selectively Collected From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live Will Transfer The Waste Directly Or Through Another Waste Collector To Waste Recovery Or Neutralization Installations, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 –
