The Engineers Duties Will Also Include Supervision Over The Scope Of Works Subject To Option Rights, To The Extent That The Ordering Party Exercises Them. The Following Optional Orders Are Planned: 1) Term Option Rights - Consisting In The Ordering Partys Right To Extend The Implementation Period Of The Basic Scope By A Maximum Of 10 Months. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Available In Volume Iii Of The Swz (Opz). The Contractor Remains Bound By The Submitted Offer Until August 2, 2026. The Offer Validity Period Begins With The Expiry Of The Offer Submission Deadline. The Deposit Is Paid Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers And Is Maintained Continuously Until The Expiry Of The Offer Validity Period, Except For The Cases Referred To In Art. 98 Section 1 Point 2 And 3 And Section 2 Of The Act.
