The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of An Earth Pond Located On Plots No. 747/7, 747/3, 747/5 In The Town Of Dobrzyca - Nowy Świat Village, Dobrzyca District, Dobrzyca Registration Unit, Together With The Development Of The Area Around The Pond In The Form Of A Path, Small Architectural Elements And An Access Road Based On The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To The Procedure.2. The Investment Is Divided Into Two Tasks: Task No. 1 - Construction Of An Earth Pond Located On Plots No. 747/7, 747/3, 747/5 In The Town Of Dobrzyca - Nowy Świat Village. Task No. 2 - Development Of The Area Around The Earth Pond In Dobrzyca, Nowy Świat Village. Each Task Is Divided Into Two Stages: Stage 1 - Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Together With Obtaining The Necessary Permits And Arrangements. Stage 2 - Execution Of Construction Works Together With As-Built Documentation. The Investment Area, In Accordance With The Local Development Plan, Is Intended For Surface Water And Sports And Recreation Services. Access To The Investment Area Is Possible From The Asphalt District Road No. 4331P. According To The Land And Use Register, The Investment Area Consists Of Pastures Of Class Iii (Good) And Class V (Poor) Agricultural Land. Currently, This Area Is Used As A Meadow. The Vegetation Cover Corresponds To The Fresh Pasture Habitats Of Cynosurion. In The Central Part Of The Planned Location Of The Pond On Plot 747/7 There Is A Power Line Pole, Which Will Remain Intact (Without Reconstruction). On The Same Plot There Is Also A Fragment Of A Ditch Intended For Liquidation. The Investment Is Co-Financed By The European Funds For Greater Poland 2012-2027 Programme, Measure 02.05 Increasing Resilience To Climate Change And Natural Disasters, Recruitment Fewp.02.05-Iż.00-001/25 The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Two Investment Tasks Listed Below, Which Are Covered By Separate Documentation: 1) Task No. 1 - Construction Of An Earth Pond Located On Plots No. 747/7, 747/3, 747/5 In The Town Of Dobrzyca - Nowy Świat Village. Stage 1 - Preparation Of Design Documentation - Technical Design, As Well As Herpetological And Ornithological Expertise, Obtaining All Permits And Notifications Necessary To Start And Carry Out Field Work. The Documents Should Be Prepared In Paper And Electronic Versions, And After Completion Of The Works, As-Built Documentation Should Be Prepared, Including An As-Built Surveying Inventory Of The Tank Being Constructed. All Complete Documentation Should Be Prepared In Printed And Electronic Versions (Pdf Or Dxf Drawings, Description, Reports, Calculations - Word, Excel, Pdf) Saved On A Digital Medium (E.G. Cd, Dvd, Pendrive).
