The Task Concerns The Reconciliation Park In Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Along With External Connections. The Study Area Is Located In The Central Part Of The Śródmieście Housing Estate In Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Covering Part Of The Area North Of Aleja Jana Pawła Ii With Direct Access To The Study Area From Miła Street And From The Parking Lots At The Municipal Cultural Center. From The North, The Area Borders A Cemetery And Plots With Residential Buildings. From The West There Are The Buildings Of The Health Care Center And The District Office, And Further On, The Hospital At Ul. Judym, Who Owned The Part Of The Park Surrounded By A Wall. The Buildings Located In The Immediate Vicinity Are Service Buildings. The Area Includes Plot 1043/13 Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Plot 1049/25 And A Fragment Of Plot 1043/5. The Scope Of The Task Covers Approximately 3.26 Ha. Currently, Part Of The Task Related To The Felling And Care Of Trees As Well As The Design And Construction Of Park Paths And Lighting Is Being Carried Out In The Indicated Area. This Area Is Inventoried In Terms Of Dendrology, And A Natural Inventory Is Being Carried Out, Which Will Be Completed In June 2026. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Preparation Of Detailed Design Documentation Of Greenery In The Area Indicated In Point Ii, Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation; Documentation Means All Studies Performed By The Contractor As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular The Descriptive Part, Graphic Part, Detailed Technical Specification (Sst), Investors Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities, Blind Cost Estimate, Care And Maintenance Guidelines, Visualizations, Plant Lists, Arrangements, Opinions And Other Materials Necessary For The Proper Preparation And Implementation Of The Task. Documentation Also Means Any Supplements, Updates, Corrections And Explanations Prepared By The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract.2. Authors Supervision – 10 Working Visits.Iv. General Assumptions For The Designed Documentation:1. The Documentation Should Be Prepared Based On The Documentation Prepared For The Needs Of The Kędzierzyn-Koźle Commune Under The Name Protection Of Biological Diversity In Kędzierzyn-Koźle Reconciliation Park - Area Development Concept, Annex No. 1 To The Contract;2. The Documentation Is To Be Compatible With The Existing And Designed Alleys, In Accordance With Annex 2 To The Contract, And With The Remaining Existing And Designed Infrastructure;3. The Selection Of Plants Should Be Based Primarily On Native Species And Take Into Account The Reference Species Indicated In This Description As An Exemplary, Non-Exhaustive Catalogue, Provided That The Proposed Solutions Must Correspond To The Nature Of The Historic Park And Garden Complex, Habitat Conditions And The Environmental Objectives Of The Project;4. Plants Should Be Selected Based On Their Preferences Regarding The Type, Moisture And Richness Of The Soil, Light And Space Requirements, In Order To
